and suggestions for new toys and site improvements. And if you make a purchase and are not completely satisfied, returns are
welcome within 30 days for a full refund, exchange or store credit.

Shopping at Mad Cat Toys
Placing orders
To place an order at Mad Cat Toys:
- Browse the site for products of interest.
- From any product description page indicate the quantity and other details for the product you wish to purchase then click the Add to Cart button.
- To see the contents of your shopping cart or make changes, click Shopping Cart in the top navigation bar or the Items in Cart link found
on product pages.
- Once you complete shopping and have reviewed the contents of your cart, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page to begin the checkout
process.
- Next, if you are not already signed in you may continue by:
 Entering your username and password if you already
have an account.
Creating a new account.
Clicking the Place Order Without an Account link.
Note: Creating a Mad Cat Toys account will save time on your next order.
- Enter or verify your contact, shipping and billing information on the next screen then click the Continue button.
- Make your shipping and payment selections then click Continue.
- Enter your credit card details then click the Submit Order button to complete your purchace.
- Print the invoice page for your records.
International orders
Mad Cat Toys can deliver orders outside the US and Canada with payments processed by PayPal.
Shipping is via US Postal Service Priority Mail International and delivery times are approximately 6 - 10 days. Customs inspections sometimes delay delivery.
Shipping costs are often in the range of US$20 - 40 depending on the weight of the shipment.
If you are interested in placing an order please send a list of your selected items to Mad Cat Toys international orders. We will reply with the total
cost of the order including shipping and send a PayPal invoice if you are interested in completing the purchase.
Once payment is received, most orders are shipped within one business day.
Sales tax
Orders shipped to addresses within Washington state include sales tax.
Order confirmation
Once your order is received you will be sent a confirming email message. Order confirmations are usually received within a few minutes of placing
an order. If you do not receive a confirming message within 24 hours please contact
customer service.
Order cancellation
Because order fulfillment is automated, cancellation may not be possible once an order is processed. Please contact
customer service to learn more if you wish to cancel an order.
Backorders
Some Mad Cat Toys products may be out of stock or originate from limited-edition or international suppliers that result in delayed shipments.
The shipping status of products is indicated on product description pages,
You will be notified by email if you order an item that is out-of-stock or that will be delayed, and will have the option of accepting the delay
or cancelling the order. Please contact customer
service to learn more about the status of
a backordered item.
Order status
To check the status of an order:
- Click Order Status in the top navigation bar.
- If you have a Mad Cat Toys account, you may sign in and view all current and past orders by entering your username and password and clicking
Sign In. If you do not have a Mad Cat Toys account, you may view individual orders by entering your email address and order number.
- If your order has already shipped you may review the shipping status by clicking the tracking number link on the order details page.

Expected shipping times
Most Mad Cat Toys orders usually ship within one business day. Exceptions for out-of-stock or specialty items are noted on
product detail pages.

Partial deliveries
Mad Cat Toys sometimes sends multi-item orders in multiple shipments. If you receive only part of your order in a shipment, please refer to the
packing slip and shipping confirmation email message for additional information.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout time based on the total weight of the order and current shipping policies.

Mad Cat Toys offers several shipping methods and carriers that can be selected during checkout. In some cases the selected shipping method may
be changed at our option due to special circumstances.

Shipping confirmation
When your order is shipped you will be sent a confirming email message. Your credit card will be billed when your order is shipped.
Free and flat-rate shipping
Mad Cat Toys offers free ground shipping for orders over $100 within the continental US. Qualifying orders are shipped by UPS Ground
or other carrier at our option. Shipping for orders under $100 is available via UPS Ground at a flat rate of $6.95.
In some cases heavy or oversize items may incur an additional shipping and handling fee.
Expedited delivery and other shipping options are available during checkout.
Tracking shipping
Once an order has shipped you may track its shipping status online. To track shipping of your order:
- Click Order Status in the top navigation bar.
- If you have a Mad Cat Toys account, you may sign in and view all current and past orders by entering your username and password and clicking
Sign In. If you do not have a Mad Cat Toys account, you may view individual orders by entering your email address and order number.
- If your order has already shipped you may review the shipping status by clicking the tracking number link on the order details page or in the
email sent confirming shipment.
Tracking numbers are not available for orders shipped via United States Postal Service.

Your Account
Creating an account
Mad Cat Toys offers the option of creating a customer account to save your shipping and billing information and other preferences.
Purchases may be made without creating an account, though having one will allow you to conveniently track your order history online and speed
checkout on your next order.
To create a new account:
- Click Your Account in the top navigation bar.
- On the Your Account page click the Create a New Account link.
- Complete the form by entering a username and password and your shipping and billing information.
- When you are done click the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your account settings.
Accounts may also be created during the checkout process.
Managing your account
You may edit or update your account information by signing in to your account and editing your records.
To manage your account:
- Click Your Account in the top navigation bar.
- On the Your Account page enter your username and password then click the Sign In button.
- Edit your account information as needed.
- When finished, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your updated information.
Newsletter subscriptions
Mad Cat News
occasionally distributes a newsletter by email with
information about sale items, discount coupons and new products. Sign up for Mad
Cat News now.
Payments
Credit card options
Mad Cat Toys accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Your name, billing address and telephone number as they appear on your credit
card statement are used to validate your credit card when making a purchase. Enter this information carefully during checkout or when creating
an account to avoid delays in processing your order. Your credit card is pre-authorized for the purchase amount at checkout and is charged when
your order is shipped.
Transaction security
Mad Cat Toys subscribes to the best industry practices regarding protection of your credit card information.
Your card number and other personal details used to validate the card are transmitted securely using Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) technology and 128-bit encryption provided by GeoTrust. Transaction processing is handled by Authorize.net.
Mad Cat Toys does not store credit card numbers. Credit card information is held only for the duration of the transaction. Please see our privacy
statement for more information about site security and your personal information.
Returns and Exchanges
Our guarantee
Mad Cat Toys strives to deliver complete satisfaction for every customer with every order. If for any reason you are not entirely
satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days for a complete refund, exchange or store credit.
Refunds are issued electronically as credit card adjustments. Store credits are issued via email as gift certificates and can be redeemed
on future purchases.
Return instructions
Please contact customer service if you
are not satisfied with your order, it was incorrect, the item was not as described or if it was damaged in transit. When making a return, please
include a copy of your packing slip indicating:
- Item(s) being returned
- Choice of exchange, store credit or refund
- Reason for return
- Phone number
- Email address
We recommend that returns be sent with a carrier that offers tracking status and that the shipment be insured for value of the product and shipping
costs. Mad Cat Toys is not able to offer credit for lost or damaged items.
